Well, I always feel good after I’ve seen the nurse practitioner and he she really is smart and always listens and has good ideas for me that male nurse assistant was also very friendly and checked my vital signs several times for me I was very pleased with the visit

Though I do love the Dr, It seems that Dr. Norman's office has an ongoing issue with getting paperwork done on time. I've experienced this problem twice, where they called me on the last business day before a procedure to ask for more information, even though my appointment was scheduled months in advance. This has caused a lot of stress as I had taken time off work and prepared for the procedure, only to have it postponed due to the office staff's inability to complete paperwork on time. Dr. Norman is aware and upset about this issue, as it has happened not only to me but also to a family member. Dr. Norman himself is wonderful, kind, and caring, but the office staff's inefficiency is causing significant problems.
