From Waller or Hempstead:
If you are travelling from the towns of Waller or Hempstead, exit Hwy. 290 onto FM 2920 to Tomball; continue past the Hwy 249 intersection for approximately ¾ of a mile. Holderrieth is a right turn at a stop light; there is a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of FM 2920 and Holderrieth. Take Holderrieth to the first four-way stop, immediately to your right just before the corner you will see the entrance to 308 Holderrieth, a single-story medical complex.
From Willowbrook Mall Area:
If you are coming from the Willowbrook Mall or FM 1960, take Hwy 249 north to Tomball. Do not take the by-pass, but follow old Hwy. 249 into town and turn right onto Graham, just before the intersection of FM 2920. There is a Walgreens Pharmacy at the corner of Hwy 249 and Graham. Proceed along Graham, through the intersection of Raymond and Lawrence until you’re in front of the Tomball Regional Hospital. At the four-way stop, turn left; proceed one block north to the stop sign. 308 Holderrieth is located on the opposite left corner.
From The Woodlands:
If your appointment is at the Tomball office location and are coming from Interstate 45 north and The Woodlands, take FM 1488 West to Huffsmith Kohrville Road (FM 2978) south bound to FM 2920. Turn right onto FM 2920 and continue into Tomball. When in town, watch your speed on FM 2920, the speed limit changes several times and there are school zones. Holderrieth is a left turn at a stop light midway into town, there is a CVS Pharmacy at the corner of FM 2920 and Holderrieth. Take Holderrieth through to just before the first four-way stop. On your right before the corner you will see the entrance to 308 Holderrieth, a single-story medical complex
